What should I do before collecting my laundry items? 

After pickup, we go straight to process your request based on the service that was chosen. You just have to ensure that you are around to receive them when our Moody Moori driver arrives. 

Do you take responsibility for damages?

We offer our services with great care and professionalism so there won’t be any damages. However, we will not be responsible for damages caused by objects in pockets of items brought for laundry and dry cleaning. 

 The items too must be materials that would not get damaged by merely passing through laundry and dry cleaning processes, clothes that should not be included in a service wash. 

Can I reschedule my cleaning?

You can reschedule a pickup request by contacting us to know your preferred new date. 

 Should I separate laundry and dry cleaning items? 

Yes, you should separate laundry and dry cleaning items so that sorting and processing will be faster and items would not be mixed up. 

Can you remove any stain?
